PlanViewer – your pension at your fingertips
Welcome to Fidelity, your workplace pension benefit provider. To login to our online management tool, PlanViewer, for the first time, you’ll need to register as a new user. PlanViewer provides you with 24 hour online access to view information on your account & makes it easy for you to:
- See your current pension value and your pension’s performance.
- Check on contributions, view fund information and transfers.
- Download any pension plan documents, access planning tools and more.
If you’ve already registered with PlanViewer, you can login to PlanViewer with your username and password. If you forget your login details, click on ‘can’t login to your account?’ and follow the steps.
Before you start, you will need
- Your National Insurance number. You can find your National Insurance number on your payslip, P60 or tax letters.
- Your Fidelity Reference Number. You can find this in the welcome letter, annual account statement, or on any pension paperwork received from us.
- Access to your personal email address. We will validate your email address for the management and security of your account.
