Important information - The performance of your pension savings plan is not guaranteed, and the value of your investments can go down as well as up, so you may get back less than you invest. Should your plan have particular tax features, these will depend on your personal circumstances and all pension and tax rules may change in the future.

This website does not contain any personal recommendations for a particular course of action, service or product. If you are unsure of the right approach for you personally, you should speak to an authorised financial adviser. The minimum age you can normally access your pension savings is currently 55, and is due to rise to 57 on 6 April 2028, unless you have a lower protected pension age.

You should regularly review your retirement objectives and choices and, if you are unsure whether the investments in your Plan are suitable for you, you should contact an authorised financial adviser. Please visit ‘Your Investments’ on PlanViewer where you can find important information about your plan investments, charges and risks.

In June 2023 FutureWise, the default investment for the Workday Retirement Savings Plan, transitioned to follow a Target Date Fund (TDF) strategy. The enhancements that were made enable innovation and flexibility in the investment strategy, supporting the retirement objectives for all those saving for their future by investing in FutureWise.

This update provides a reminder of FutureWise's investment approach that help ensure it remains aligned with your financial goals, as well as an update on fund performance. The FutureWise commitment is to both improve retirement savings outcomes and drive a sustainable investment approach that supports our climate related goals.

An automated investment approach

As the default investment, it offers an easy and effective way to save for retirement and is used by members who have decided they want to leave things in the hands of the experts. It’s designed to help you manage your pension savings up to and through retirement. Visit our FutureWise member resource hub to learn more about how it works.

Climate goals1
We’ve reduced our carbon footprint by 61.4% as at December 2022, since our first Task-force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure report in 2020. This supports our climate pledge to halve the carbon footprint of our investments by 2030 and to achieve net zero carbon emission by 2050.

Investment performance2
